Au f. 1, initiale d’or à «bianchi girari » et pastilles d’or se prolongeant en marge latérale; dans la marge inférieure, un bandeau à «bianchi girari » enserre le blason des Montefeltro à l’intérieur d’une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or tenue par deux «putti ». Autres initiales d’or à «bianchi girari ». Gloses marginales de la même main et nombreuses corrections marginales de diverses mains particulièrement aux f. 111 v°-174.
