Les quatre évangiles adaptés à l'usage liturgique : (ff. 1-31) Matthieu, inc. mut. καὶ ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ αὐτοῦ (13, 57) ; (ff. 32-65) Marc ; un feuillet manque après f. 49v avec le passage οὐκ ἠκολούθει ἡμῖν — ἀλλὰ μία σάρξ À ὃ οὖν (9, 38-10, 8-9) ; (ff. 66-124) Luc ; (ff. 124v-167v) Jean, des. mut. καὶ τοῦτο εἰπὼν ἐνε[φύσησεν (20, 22). Au début de Marc (f. 31r.v), Luc (ff. 65-66) et Jean (f. 124v), index des chapitres.
Les ff. 168-171v proviennent d'un Évangéliaire noté (Xle-Xlle siècle, 21 lignes). Ils contiennent un fragment des évangiles τῶν ἁγίων παθῶν, inc. mut. év. [ε'], θέλετε ἀπὸ τῶν δύο ἀπολύσω (Matth. 27, 21) ; des. mut. ιv. η', σῶσον σεαυτὸν καὶ ἡμᾶς · ἀποκριθείς (Luc 23, 39-40).
