Origine: italienne, écritures humanistiques cursives légèrement penchées.
Possesseur: acquis par la Bibliothèque Vaticane au début du XVIe s., le manuscrit est attesté dans les inventaires de 1518, 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 1022).
