Les quatre évangiles adaptés à l'usage liturgique (ms. cité par A. Gastoué, Cat. des mss de musique byzantine..., p. 93) : (ff. 15-78) Matthieu ; — (ff. 79-118) Marc ; — (ff. 119-192) Luc ; — (ff. 184-231) Jean ; suit (f. 231v) l'évangile εἰς μετανοοῦντα, c'est-à-dire Jean 8, 3-11. A la fin de Matthieu, Marc et Jean, note d'édition.
Au début, d'une main rapide du XVe siècle : a(ff. 1-4) le synaxaire (cf. Gregory, pp. 344 ss) ; b(ff. 4-13v) le ménologe ; c(ff. 13v-14) évangiles pour diverses circonstances et évangiles ἑωθινά (cf. Gregory, pp. 384 ss, 364). A la fin du volume (f. 232r.v), une main du XIIIe siècle a transcrit [s. JEAN CHRYSOSTOME*, sermo catecheticus in Pascha] (M. 59, 721-724).
