Parch., XVe s., 98 ff. (foliotation ancienne ; f. 98 v° blanc), 206 x 130 mm. Au f. 1 bordure, un peu délavée, à «bianchi girari» bordés d’un filet d’or, parsemés de perroquets verts, avec deux médaillons contenant, l’un un lapin, l’autre un oiseau. Initiales à «bianchi girari», avec bordure dans la marge aux f. 17, 20 et 61. Taches d’humidité, le bord latéral des f. 95-98 est en partie effacé.

Possesseurs: au f. 1 armes légèrement endommagées, non identifiées: de gueules à deux bobines (ou bâtons ?) d’argent en sautoir ; les Théatins de S. Silvestre au Quirinal à Rome, dont le timbre est estampillé au bas du f. 1 (cf. supra, Reg. lat. 349).
