Origine: italienne (Florence), petite humanistique cursive. Note datée au f. 106v°: «FLORENTIAE DIE XVIIII APRELIS [sic] MCCCC XXXVI. τελος».
Possesseur: acquis pendant le règne de Sixte IV († 1484), le manuscrit, seul exemplaire de cette oeuvre sur papier, est attesté dans les inventaires de 1481, 1518 (f. 50, l. 1), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 875).
