Parch., XVe s. (2ème moitié d’après H. Tietze, op. cit. infra), 167 ff., 245 x 157 mm. Au f. 1, initiale à «bianchi girari » sur fond de couleurs dans un cadre d’or; quelques rinceaux à la plume, pastilles d’or et papillon ornent la marge de gauche; titre en capitales d’or et d’azur dans un cartouche en marge supérieure, les trois premiers vers sont en lettres d’or; autres initiales d’or à «bianchi girari » aux f. 24, 49, 74 v°, 104 v°. La marge inférieure du f. 1 est coupée sans lacune dans le texte.
