Parch., XIIe s., 112 ff., 283 x 193 mm. La foliotation actuelle date de 1951, après que le premier quaternion, qui formait autrefois les f. 81-88 du ms. Pal. lat. 1475 (cf. supra), ait été remis à sa place. D’après la table du contenu, ajoutée au XIIIe s. sur le f. 112, il reste seulement une partie du manuscrit primitif.

Origine: française (peut-être normande), écriture régulière assez grosse.
Possesseurs: Radulphus Ludicosus, peut-être un notaire, dont le seing manuel se lit f. 112 v°: «Radulfi Ludicosi »; le manuscrit a été confronté au XIVe s. avec un autre volume ayant appartenu à Berardo Caraccioli, de Naples, notaire apostolique de 1249 à 1280, puis à son neveu Matteo Caraccioli, d’après la note en écriture cursive du f. 111 v°; bibliothèque palatine de Heidelberg (au f. 9, autrefois f. 1, cote ancienne: 2160, et cote du transfert: C. 183/51).
