Origine: 1 -italienne, écriture gothico-humanistique. Le copiste, Thomas de Hongrie, O.F.M., signe et date au f. 26 col. 2: «Per manus fratris Thome de Hungaria scriptus in loco Stagni domino Nicolao nobili de Restis Ragusiensi. Anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo quadragesimo secundo Mense Nouembri et hic extitit ordinis fratrum minorum ».
Possesseurs: 1 -peut-être Nicolaus de Restis (cf. supra, Origine); Wendelinus Sprengner (XVIe s.), qui l’a vendu au médecin Carolus Wormatius, d’après une lettre datée du 19 juillet 1546 copiée au f. III; bibliothèque palatine de Heidelberg (au f. 1 cote incomplète du transfert: C. / 512).
