Au f. 1 bordure sur deux côtés à «bianchi girari», en bas écu dans une couronne de laurier soutenue par deux angelots, initiales à «bianchi girari», f. II v° titre en capitales d’or disposées en forme de losange allongé, f. 1 incipit en capitales bleu et or.

division en 17 livres, le liv. XII étant divisé en deux:
f. 112: «INCIPIT XIII. Anno ab urbe condita millesimo centesimo quadragesimo nono Archadius...» (XII, 9).
à la fin: «EVTROPII FINIS» (éd. cf. supra, Arch. S. Pietro, E. 31, f. 3-127).
Origine: italienne, belle écriture humanistique ronde. Le manuscrit a été écrit à Naples en 1465 par Jean Marco Cinico de Parme, probablement pour Antonello Petrucci, d’après la souscription du f. 148 v° en bleu: «IOANNES MARCVS PETRI STROZAE FLORENTINI DISCIPVLVS PARMAE ORIVNDVS MECENATI (ce mot est récrit sur grattage) SVO TRANQVILLE TRANSCRIPSIT. Anno salutis 1465 Neapoli».
Possesseurs: Antonello Petrucci († 1487), secrétaire de Ferdinand Ier d’Aragon qui confisqua sa bibliothèque (cf. supra, Ottob. lat. 1291), dont les armes, maintenant grattées ou lavées (on distingue nettement l’aigle éployée) sont peintes au bas du f. 1 accompagnées en dessous de ces mots inscrits dans un phylactère: «VIVE DIV MECENAS»; le cardinal P. Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: J. 4. 61 ou T. 4. 61).
