Au f. 1, grande initiale d’or à «bianchi girari » se prolongeant en marge; dans la marge inférieure, un bandeau à «bianchi girari » enserre le blason des Montefeltro à l’intérieur d’une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or tenue par deux «putti ». Autres initiales d’or à «bianchi girari » dans le manuscrit. Nombreuses gloses contemporaines aux premiers feuillets.
