Parch., XVe s., II + 104 ff. (f. 92v°-104v° blancs), 200 x 123 mm. Au f. 1, initiale d’or à «bianchi girari» ornés d’un papillon; en bas bandeau à «bianchi girari» encadrant le blason. Aux f. 97-98v° et 103-104v°, traces d’un texte gratté illisible aux rayons ultra-violets, paraît être le début d'un glossaire alphabétique sur 4 colonnes dont on distingue les lettres initiales A, B et C (XVe s.).

Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde.
Possesseur: le cardinal Pietro Barbo (pape Paul II, † 1471), dont les armes, surmontées d'un chapeau de cardinal, sont peintes au bas du f. 1 (cf. supra Vat. lat. 939); le manuscrit est attesté dans les inventaires de 1475, 1481 (f. 171v°, l. 9), 1518 (f. 48v°, l. 8), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 995). On lit, en haut du f. II, le nom, ou la filiation, d’un lecteur (?): «da Nardo de Antolino de Lupo» (XVe-XVIe s.).
