Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique cursive penchée. Le manuscrit a été copié à Venise en 1464 par Angelo Gucci d’après la souscription du f. 148: «... explicit liber feliciter per me Angelum Gucium die kalendas (?) febr. 1464. Venetiis. Deo gratias. O Virgo miserere mei miserere meorum».
Possesseurs: Faustino Buttorini, de Vérone, pour lequel le manuscrit semble avoir été copié d’après cette note du f. 148: «per me Faustinum Buturinum Veronen‹sem›» (XVe s.) ; le manuscrit fut acheté à Rome en 1528 d’après cette note inscrite entre la souscription du copiste et la note de F. Buttorino, f. 148: «Emptus in Campo Florę Rome Anno 1528 ab. N»; Reine Christine de Suède (correspond au n° 1802 du catalogue de Montfaucon).
