F. I à IV, table du contenu du volume réalisée au XVe siècle, intitulée : "Questiones quedam theologice cum aliis". Le copiste donne certaines attributions mais n'identifie pas tous les textes.
Ce manuscrit fait partie de la bibliothèque de l' Abbaye de Saint-Victor de Paris . A l'encre noire sur la première garde foliotée I : "Iste liber est Sancti Victoris Parisiensis. Quicumque eum furatus fuerit vel celaverit vel titulum istum deleverit, anathema sit." Au verso du f. IV, "Hic liber est Sancti Victoris Parisiensis. Inveniens quis ei reddat amore Dei."Le manuscrit est entré dans les collections de la Bibliothèque nationale après les saisies révolutionnaires en 1796.
