Papier (filigranes f. 1-20: manque dans Briquet (rappelle le n° 6255?); f. 21-68: var. Briquet 8939, Rome, 1458; f. 76-205: Briquet 5908, Rome-Naples, 1457-1468), XVe s., 205 ff. (ancienne foliotation qui repart de 1 à chaque livre de Macrobe; f. 205v° blanc), 295 x 215 mm. Le papier est taché par l'humidité et la moisissure et l'encre est décolorée. Quelques gloses marginales de plusieurs mains contemporaines, contenant fréquemment des citations d’auteurs, notamment de Virgile.

Possesseur: le manuscrit a été acquis par la Bibliothèque Vaticane le 22 juin 1548 et correspond à un article dans le registre d'entrées; il est également décrit dans une liste complémentaire établie par les Ranaldi.
