Fragment d'Evangiles: Matthieu (f. 1-46v: Mt 6, 5-26, 42; 27, 49-28, 20) et Marc (f. 47-58v: Mc 9, 46-11, 13; 12, 23-16, 20); numéros de versets rubriqués, avec concordance en marge à l'encre d'argent. Le ms. était incomplet dès avant 1720; il en existe une copie prise de la main de J. Dubieul, dans le Paris, Bnf, lat. 329. — Voir Berger, 1893, p. 408; Wordsworth, 1883, p. 55.

Le ms. a été daté à tort du VIe s. par Ch.-F. Toustain et R. P. Tassin, auteurs du Nouveau traité de diplomatique (II, p. 501-502; III, p. 43-44, 98-99), mais il est plus probable qu'il fut rédigé au VIIIe s. (Delisle, Cab. des Mss., III, p. 198.). Ce frg. d'Evangiles provient de Saint-Germain-des-Prés (ex-libris, f. 1r): «Sti Germani a Pratis». En 1677, il portait la cote 777. Suite à la réorganisation de cette bibliothèque en 1740, il a ensuite été recoté N. 663 (ou 664.2). Lors de la Révolution française, le ms. entra dans la Bibliothèque royale avec le fonds de Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
