Ms. (n° 16) provenant de la bibliothèque de Charles-Maurice Le Tellier (m. 1710), archevêque de Reims, donné à la Bibliothèque royale à la fin de 1700 ; ce ms. porte au f. 1 une brève notice « elegantissimus poeta persa », de la main de Denis de la Haye-Ventelet, comme les notices des ms. Mazarin Persan 24 etc. et celle du ms. Persan 257 qui a appartenu à N. Fouquet. Une notice latine de Renaudot, suivie d'une notice signée d'Armain (n° 355), est collée au v° du f. de garde.
