Possesseurs: peut-être un abbé de Vérone d'après cette note d’achat du f. Iv°: «dell'abate d‹i› V‹e›rona pro f. (ou «s.» ?) 12» (XVIe s.); acquis au début du règne de Sixte IV († 1484), le manuscrit figure dans les inventaires de 1475, 1481 (f. 171v°, l. 13-16), 1518 (f. 48, l. 6-7), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 1013).
