(ex.), 92 ff. et 1 f. blanc (f. 92 v° blanc, le f. 1 est un feuillet de garde sur lequel on a collé un fragment de parch. contenant 18 vers d’un poème moral en français), 275 X 185 mm., just. : 222 X 135 mm., 37 long. lignes, sauf f. 50 v°, 51 v°, 60-61 et 63-92 v°, 2 col., 38 lignes, réglure à l’encre. Cahiers : 1-118, 124, signés I-XI dans la marge inf. à la fin de chaque cahier, mais aussi en haut de certains feuillets dans le coin droit, sans réclames. Initiales bleues et rouges, parfois ornées à la plume de visages humains, titres en capitale mêlée d’onciale rubriquée. Au f. 1 v°, table ancienne du manuscrit : « Sidonii epistularum libri IX. Item plura ipsius opuscula metro condita ». Les f. 9, 24, 78, 79, 80 et 83 sont en partie coupés.
