Ce manuscrit a fait partie des collections de la bibliothèque de l' Abbaye de Saint-Victor de Paris A l'encre noire au f. 1 : "Iste liber est Sancti Victoris Parisiensis. Quicumque eum furatus fuerit vel celaverit vel titulum istum deleverit, anathema sit.", accompagné de la mention "Jhesus, Maria, sanctus Victor, sanctus Augustinus" et du blason de l'abbaye. Il a été acquis le 8 août 1417 par Jean Lamasse auprès des exécuteurs testamentaires de Germain de Rungis (f. 190v). Au f. Av, table d'André Hausselet.Le manuscrit est entré dans les collections de la Bibliothèque nationale après les saisies révolutionnaires en 1796.
