Origine: probablement italienne selon Lowe, op. cit. infra ; écriture: capitale rustique. Ces 2 feuillets appartenaient à un manuscrit démembré, sans doute au VIIe-VIIIe s. à Fleury-sur-Loire, et remployé en partie, après grattage, pour récrire le Commentarius in Isaiam de S. Jérôme en onciales: les fragments palimpsestes se trouvent maintenant dans les mss. Orléans, Bibl. mun. 192, f. 15-18, 20 et Berlin, Deutsche Staatsbibl., lat. Q. 364.
Possesseurs: l’abbaye de Fleury-sur-Loire (cf. Origine) qui utilisa ces fragments dans une reliure ; probablement Pierre Daniel d’Orléans ; Paul Petau ; Alexandre Petau ; Reine Christine de Suède (cf. supra, Reg. lat. 1283).
