Adriaen, Turnhout, 1971, CCSL 142). F. 100v (addition) : Arbor Porphirii. F. [101]r-v : blanc, avec essais de plume, dont le mot Sancto noté en neumes français (cf. notice MANNO).

Le manuscrit, produit à Saint-Maur-des-Fossés ou de Glanfeuil, a appartenu à l’abbaye de Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (cf. la cote ancienne inscrite dans la marge inférieure du f. 1r, « 78 » et « S. Mauri 78 »). Il est passé ensuite à l’abbaye de Saint-Germain-des-Prés (cf. au f. 1r l’ex-libris du XVIIIe siècle, « S.ti Germani a Pratis » et les cotes anciennes « N. 792 » et « olim 1100 ») et il entra dans la Bibliothèque Nationale entre décembre 1795 et février 1796, avec d’autres manuscrits de Saint-Germain.Signe de classement encadré de deux points inscrit en haut à droite, à forme de C retourné en miroir (XIIe siècle).
Ms. restauré en 2017 grâce au mécénat de la Fondation Polonsky (dossier BnF 2018-041682-01).
