Parch., XVe s., 184 ff., 275 x 170 mm. (les f. 1-2 v° blancs sont des feuillets de garde). Au f. 3, grande initiale d’or sur fond de couleurs avec pastilles d’or, oiseaux et «bianchi girari » qui se prolongent en marge latérale et supérieure. Dans la marge inférieure, bandeau du même style encadrant l’emplacement cerclé d’or d’un blason laissé vide, à l’intérieur d'une couronne de laurier bordée d’or. Autres initiales d’or à «bianchi girari » aux f. 4 v°, 64 v°, 76 v°, 98 v°, 151. Notes marginales rubriquéès contemporaines. L’emplacement des mots grecs est parfois laissé en blanc.
