Le ms. a appartenu au XIVe s. à l'abbaye cistercienne Notre-Dame d'Ourscamp, dont il porte l'ex-libris partiellement gratté: "Liber Beate Marie Ursicampi. Frater Nicolas de Framervilla" (f. 77v). Il est ensuite passé à une date indéterminée dans les collections du prieuré de Saint-Martin-des-Champs (Paris), dont l'ex-libris de 1696 est inscrit au f. 1: "Ex libris S. Martini a Campis. Catalogo inscriptus 1696".
