Après le f. 178 (XVIIe siècle) : F. [1**]r-[15**]v : Copie moderne du Latin 5544 contenant un abrégé du Martyrologe d’Adon (cf. H.M. Rochais, dans Revue Bénédictine, 89, 1979, p. 62).

Le volume, produit au Nord de la France, a appartenu à l’abbaye de Saint-Germain-des-Prés (cf. f. 1r, ex-libris, XVIIIe siècle, « Bibliothecae S. Germani a Pratis » et cotes anciennes, « olim 761 » et « N. 1029 »). Sur le premier feuillet de la partie ajoutée après le f. 178, note de Luc d’Achéry, moine de Saint-Germain : « S. Germani a Pratis Paris. Ad me transmisum mense Decembri 1661. Lucas d’Achéry ». Le manuscrit entra à la Bibliothèque Nationale entre décembre 1795 et février 1796, avec d’autres manuscrits de Saint-Germain.
