Papier (filigranes var. Briquet 11663: Venise, 1434, et 8936: Venise, 1443-1449), XVe s., 114 ff. (f. 114 v° blanc), 288 x 186 mm. Au f. 1, à pleine page, sur fond jaune, grande initiale blanche à entrelacs et premiers mots du texte en capitales blanches imitant l’antique.

Fohlen, op. cit. infra). Au f. 114 note incomplètement datée du copiste: «...FELICITER FINIT DIE XVI DECE‹MBRIS› ».
