Origine: italienne, petite écriture gothique à peine brisée. Selon Dessauer, op. cit. infra, le manuscrit a servi de modèle au ms. Paris, Bibl. nat., lat. 7839.
Possesseurs: le couvent dominicain de Sta-Maria sopra Minerva à Rome qui le prêta au cardinal Matteo Orsini († 1340) d’après cette note en écriture cursive du XIVe s. au f. 75 v°: «Iste liber est Conuentus Sancte Marie super Mineruam de Urbe ordinis fratrum predicatorum comodatus domino M‹agistro› fratri Matheo de Ursinis Cardinali»; le cardinal Marcello Cervini (cote 1421 au f. 1); le cardinal Sirleto (cotes 228, puis 229 au f. 1); Giovanni Angelo duc d’Altemps (ex-libris au f. I); le cardinal P. Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: V. 6. 30).
