Possesseurs: Ambrosius de Ravert... (?), probablement milanais, d’après cet ex-libris du XVe s. au f. 16: «Iste liber est mey Ambrosii de Rau‹er›t‹› (?)»; f. 16 v° cote du XVIe s.: 603. Le manuscrit entra après 1489 à la bibliothèque de S. Pietro.
