(foliotation moderne à l’encre rouge de 1 à 6 remplaçant une autre foliotation de la même main de 43 à 48 barrée), 190 X 115 mm., just. : 125/134 X 80 mm., 22/24 long. lignes, réglure à la pointe sèche et traces de roulette. Cahier : 16, non signé, sans réclame. Au f. 1, initiale laissée en blanc, aucune rubrique. Cahier non relié.

inc. mutilé : « // excellens loquetur. Tu uelim a me animum pauper [sic] auertas... ».

Origine : française, peut-être poitevine ou limousine. L’écriture assez irrégulière ressemble à celle de Bernard Itier, bibliothécaire à Saint-Martial de Limoges (1163-1225), dans sa première manière.
Possesseur : ce fragment faisait sans doute partie de la collection Toussaint Grille achetée en 1851 par la municipalité d’Angers.
