Trois feuillets arrachés d'un ms. de plus grand format (onciale légèrement inclinée à droite, IXe siècle, 2 col., 32 lignes) et employés comme garde contiennent des fragments de la vie de Grégoire d'Agrigente par le moine Léonce : a(ff. 2r.v. 1r.v) ὅπως ἐκριζωθῶσιν τὰ ἀναφανέντα ζηζάνια — τῶν αὶρετικῶν κακοτέχνονς μηχανὰς (M. 98, 605 C 10-613 C 7), b(f. 304r.v) ὁπάπας ἐν τῇ Σπανίᾳ — καὶ οἱ δύο διάκονοι Φιλάδελ[φος (M. 697 Α 8-700 Α 13). Deux autres fragments se trouvent dans le Suppl. gr. 1155, ff. 47 et 48 (cf. A. Ehrhard, Ueberliefervng und Bestand, I, p. 80).
