Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique cursive penchée, qui emploie le g oncial, caractéristique du cercle de Pomponio Leto, surtout à partir du f. 64v° dans le texte et les notes, de même dans l'add. du f. I.
Possesseur: le manuscrit a été acquis par la Bibliothèque Vaticane entre 1550 et 1566 car il est décrit dans une liste complémentaire établie vers 1564-1566 par les Ranaldi; d'après F.W. Lenz, op. cit. infra, il a été utilisé par N. Heinsius († 1681).
