Origine : angevine, six copistes de Saint-Serge ont collaboré à la réalisation de ce manuscrit dont le copiste A aux f. 1-66 et 77 v°-86 (cf. J. Vezin, op. cit. infra, p. 298).
Possesseur : abbaye Saint-Serge (cf. supra Origine), note du XIIe-XIIIe s. au revers du plat sup. : « Titulus sanctorum martirum Sergii et Bachi ; anima domini Petri abbatis et anime omnium fidelium defunctorum per misericordiam Dei requiescant in pace. Oramus pro uestris, orate pro nobis ». Il s’agit très probablement du ms. décrit ainsi dans le catalogue du XVe s. de Saint-Serge : « Questiones ab Orosio proposite. Incipit « Licet multi ac probatisimi [sic] uiri... » (ms. Angers, Bibl. mun. 6, f. 1 — éd. J. Vezin, op. cit. infra, p. 223 et 225 n. 4).
