Les quatre évangiles entourés du commentaire du PS.-PIERRE DE LAODICÉE, de même que dans le manuscrit précédent. (ff. 9-100v) Matthaeus ; — (ff. 103-154v) Marcus ; — (ff. 157-249) Lucas ; — (ff. 250-308v) Iohannes jusqu'à 20, 25 ὁ δὲ εἶττεν αὐτοῖς (cf. Coislin 21, f. 352). On lit au début a(ff. 3-7) les canons d'EUSÈBE, moins la première table de α' (cf. Coislin 21, f. 3v) et b(ff. 7v-8v) la lettre à Carpien avec l'addition Κανόνες δὲ — εὐαγγελισταῖς (Soden, p. 388-389). Chaque évangile est précédé (ff. 101r.v. 155rÀv. 249v) de l'argument Κατὰ... τὸ εὐαγγέλιον ἐπιγέγραπται (Soden, p. 314-316) et de la liste des chapitres, exception faite pour Matthieu, deux feuillets vraisemblablement ayant disparu après 8v.
Quatre feuillets arrachés d'un manuscrit du XIe-XIIe siècle (parchemin, 2 col., 33 lignes) servent de garde. Ils contiennent 1(ff. 1-2) une vie de saint Pancrace (?), fort mutilée ; il est question d'un moine du nom de Grégoire, d'un autre du nom de Théodose, d'une onction miraculeuse faite par Pancrace ; 2(ff. 311-312v) [GRÉGOIRE DE NYSSE in XL martyres laudatio 3], depuis les mots ὑπωρώφιοιÀ ἄνθρωποι jusqu'à θαῦ]μα τελούντων τῆς (M. 46, 780 A 2-784 Β 12).
