L'ordre des pièces n'est pas marqué de façon constante par le copiste et s'éloigne à un moment de la « capitulatio » restituée par Schwartz : les n°s 99-103 (ff. 457v-465), en effet, ne correspondent pas à la coll. Vaticana 54-59, mais à la coll. Atheniensis 75, 19. 22 [Atticus]. 20. 21 [Amphiloque] ; 74, 3 [symbole de Nicée, avec petite addition : Schwartz, p. 89, 3-15] ; 76, 1-14 [symbole de Charisius] ; 77 [décision du concile sur le symbole]. Manquent ales mots τῶν σακρῶν τῇ ἁγίᾳ, συνόδῳ — ἁγιοτάτῳ ὑμῶν συλλόγῳ (sacra ad Synodum : Schwartz, pars 3, p. 31-32, 4), un feuillet faisant défaut après 369v ; bles mots σημαίνει τὴν Βηθλεέμ — ἀπέστειλεν ἐκεῖνος τού]τῳ (Cyrilli sermones, pars 2, p. 94, 8-96, 22), un autre feuillet étant disparu après 401v.
2 (ff. 547-563v). Lettre de NICÉPHORE DE CP. au pape Léon III (M. 100, 169-200 A 1 Μιχαὴλ δὲ τῷ ὁσιοτάτῳ μητροπολίτῃ τῆς Συναδέ(ων) [cf. Le Quien, Oriens christianus, I, 830-831] φιλοχρί[στου πόλεως). — Au début (ff. 1-4) index du XVIe siècle complété et corrigé au siècle suivant (par Hardouin ?).
