F. 1va-183rb : Radulphus Flaviacensis, Commentarium in Leviticum (cum praef.) ; inc. « Cum inter socios aliquando sermo… Tercius in Moysi libris Leviticus… », expl. « …Moysi ad filios Israel in monte Synai » (éd. Maxima Bibliotheca Patrum XVII, Lyon, 1677, 48-246).
Le manuscrit a été copié et enluminé en Champagne dans un établissement cistercien pendant le troisième quart du XIIe s. (peut-être Chaumont).Il a été acheté au XVIIe s. par Claude Joly (1607-1700), chantre de Notre-Dame de Paris, à l'église paroissiale de Chaumont-en-Bassigny (Haute-Marne), dont le nom est inscrit sur la contre-garde supérieure. Claude Joly l'a ensuite légué en 1680 avec d'autres mss. à la bibliothèque du chapitre de Notre-Dame de Paris (cf. ex-libris « A la bibliotheque de l'Eglise de Paris », XVIIe siècle, contre-garde sup.). Le volume entra à la Bibliothèque Royale en 1756, avec les autres manuscrits de Notre-Dame.
