Origine: italienne, écritures humanistiques cursives anguleuses, plus penchée aux f. 75-81 v°.
Possesseurs: Michele Bandi, prêtre de Césène donna le manuscrit en 1611 à un personnage non nommé, d’après cette note au revers du plat postérieur: «Hunc librum Michael Bandus Sacerdos Cesenas dono mihi dedit 1611 die Aprilis»; Andrea Comandini, qui signe également au revers du plat postérieur: «Andreae Comandini», le donna à son tour en 1642 à un certain Giovanni Proni (?) de Césène, d’après cette note au revers du plat antérieur: «Die 29 Iunii 1642 munus R. D. Andreae Comandini michi Io[... grattage] Prono (?) Caesenati»; le cardinal Fabio Chigi (cotes ancienne 1447, moyenne 1833).
