Ce manuscrit a appartenu à Philibert De La Mare, conseiller au parlement de Bourgogne mort en 1687. Il portait alors la cote 556, visible au f. 1r. Le fonds grec de la Bibliothèque nationale de France comporte une trentaine de manuscrits qui sont issus de la bibliothèque De La Mare. Cette dernière, un temps préservée à Dijon, a été achetée par le roi de France en 1719. D’après les recherches d’I. Tsavari, ce témoin est un apographe du Paris. gr. 2771, témoin du Xe siècle qui a appartenu au monastère San Marco à Florence (p. 275).
