Possesseur: acquis au début du règne de Sixte IV († 1484), le manuscrit est attesté dans les inventaires de 1475, 1481 (f. 130, l. 21-24), 1518 (f. 54, l. 1-3), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 2492).
