Aux f. 1, 97 et 130, initiales en couleur sur fond carré en couleur (rouge et bleu au f. 1), légèrement orné de rinceaux blancs, jaunes ou argentés).

Origine: italienne, Bergame d'après les filigranes, Venise ou Padoue pour A. Maranini, op. cit. infra ; écriture humanistique cursive légèrement penchée. Le copiste, Iohannes Nydena de Coblence, qui travailla à Bergame et à Padoue, signe au f. 93v°: «147. [sic pour 1467] IO. NY.» et au f. 129v°: «1469. τελος». IO. NY.».
Possesseurs: Aldo Manuzio († 1597) dont les manuscrits ont été acquis par la Bibliothèque Vaticane en 1616.
