Parch., XVe s., 176 ff., 287 x 194 mm. Au f. 1, bordure sur trois côtés à «bianchi girari» encadrée d'un double filet d’or et rouge; au début de chaque livre, initiales à «bianchi girari » ou rinceaux d’or sur fond de couleur ou de couleur sur fond d’or. Les deux derniers feuillets du manuscrit, probablement blancs, ont été coupés.

f. 77, l. 5-6, le texte passe de «in uno quoque genere sententiis. Vide [sic pour “ride”] modo inquis...» (VIII, 2, 1) à «... mihi litteris ostenderis me iste » (VIII, 9, 3)
à la fin: «MARCI TULII CICERONIS EPISTOLARUM LIBER ULTIMUS ET XVI feliciter explicit. Deo gratias ».
Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde.
Possesseurs: au bas du f. 1, des armes dessinées à la plume et non identifiées ont été grattées (on distingue à droite la lettre «B»); Marc-Antoine Muret († 1585); le Collège des Jésuites de Rome, dont l'ex-libris en partie gratté est au f. 1: «[illisible] ex biblio. Mureti »; le manuscrit a été donné à la Bibliothèque Vaticane par Pie X en 1912.
