Origine: italienne, écritures humanistiques rondes. La décoration est l’œuvre de Giuliano Amadei qui travailla à Rome pour Paul II (cf. Ruysschaert, op. cit. infra).
Possesseurs: le cardinal Marco Barbo († 1491), évêque de Vicence en 1464, d’après les armes peintes au bas du f. 1, légèrement endommagées: d’azur au lion rampant d’argent à une bande d’or sur le tout, sont surmontées d’une mitre épiscopale grattée. Les gloses marginales sont de la main de l’humaniste Ludovicus Regius d’Imola (fin XVe s.) (cf. Ruysschaert, op. cit. infra); le cardinal P. Ottoboni le Jeune? († 1740) (cotes postérieures à Bianchini au f. II).
