Le manuscrit, produit dans le Nord de la France, a fait partie de la Bibliothèque du Collège de Navarre (cf. l’ex-libris sur le f. 341r, « Iste liber est de libraria theologorum regalis collegii Navarre », du XIVe siècle). Avec une partie des autres manuscrits du collège de Navarre, il entra à la Bibliothèque Nationale pendant la Révolution (cf. Delisle, Cabinet des Manuscrits, II, p. 252-253).Index-matière alphabétique sur la contre-garde supérieure et aux f. 340r-342r (gardes et contre-garde inférieures).
