Une séquence alléluiatique pour la dédicace d'une église a été ajoutée peu après l'achèvement de la copie du ms., à la suite du graduel (f. 30). Elle a probablement été composée pour la dédicace de la chapelle impériale du palais de Compiègne, qui a eu lieu le dimanche 5 mai 877 (cf. M. Huglo, 1993). La vita sancti Remigii a été ajoutée tardivement, au XIe siècle.
Composé pour Saint-Médard de Soissons et utilisé à Saint-Corneille de Compiègne, ce ms. a peut-être été calqué sur l'antiphonaire en usage à la cour de Charlemagne à Aix-la-Chapelle (cf. E. Palazzo). Notes tironniennes au f. 30v."
