Origine: 1 -paraît française, écriture régulière arrondie.
Possesseurs: 1-2 ? -Conrad (?) Sigel dont on lit l’ex-libris en partie gratté au f. 91 v°: «Iste liber est Curadus Sigel» (XVe s.) ;
1-2 -Reine Christine de Suède, au f. 1 croix au crayon rouge indiquant que le manuscrit ne provient pas des Petau (cote 1848 au f. 1).
