Dans le cadre du premier feuillet, armes de Joyeuse écartelées de Saint-Didier (ajoutées au XVe siècle). Selon Langlois, Louis, baron de Joyeuse, épousa Tiburge, dame de Saint-Didier, le 26 mai 1379. Au verso du feuillet 153, « Anthoyne de Tournon », « Jehan ». Devise « Il n’est que le Barroys ». Appartenant à la bibliothèque du cardinal Mazarin , ce volume (n° 592 de l’inventaire) est entré à Bibliothèque royale en 1668, à l'occasion de l'échange entre les collections royales et celles du Collège des Quatre Nations fondé par Mazarin (voir Omont et Delisle).
