Foliotation ancienne. Aux f. 19 et 20v, dessins à la plume. Notes marginales d'une main du XVe s. : « Ego sum bonus puer et vitio lybenter » (22v) ; « Si non essem bonus puer, non vicerem libenter » (23). Au f. 59v, notes en français et en latin de mains différentes. Il est possible que ce manuscrit ait appartenu au XVIIIe s. à un bibliophile, M. de Bombarde, comme peut le faire présumer l'inventaire de sa collection. Cf. Henry Martin, Histoire de la Bibliothèque de L'Arsenal, Paris, 1900, p. 285. Toutefois, on ne retrouve sa trace avec certitude qu'à partir de 1824, date à laquelle il fut acheté à Paris par Sir Thomas Phillipps dont il porte l'ex-libris au recto du plat inférieur (n°222).
