Au f. 1 al-Ḥāǧǧ Aḥmad al-Ǧawzā al-Munaǧǧim indique qu'il a acquis de manière légale ce volume à Hamadān le 26 Rabīʿ Ier 745H. (/7 août 1344) pour 15 dīnār de l'épouse de Ǧamāl al-Dawla al-Munaǧǧim. Le même personnage indique que le volume coûte 30 dīnār à Tabrīz et 100 à Buẖārā et à Samarqand. Au f. 144, en revanche, il est écrit qu'il en coûte cent à Tabrīz, à Buẖārā, à Samarqand, dans le H̱urāsān et à Šīrāz. Au f. 1 figure l'ex-libris d'Abū M. [Ǧ]alīl b. aī-marḥūm Ismaʿīl b.. (...), qui possède le volume depuis le décès de Nāṣir al-Dīn M. b. al-Ḥakīm Isḥaq al-Ṭabīb, avec les attestations de Ḥāǧǧ M. b. al-marḥum el-Ḥāǧǧ Valī al-Dīn Ibrahīm al-Tāǧir et par Ismaʿīl b. Ḥasan b. Ḥusayn al-H̱arāṭ al-Munaǧǧim avec la date de Ṣafar 793H. (/janvier-février 1391).
Ms. acquis pour la Bibliothèque royale en 1729-30 à Constantinople par l'Abbé Sevin. Une notice signée d'Armain (n° 44) est insérée avant le f. 1.
