    • 1 sheet; 2 leaves 8vo. 18 x 13 cm. On vellum. Slightly defective in the folds. The folds show that this MS. (a folio sheet 25.5 x 18 cm) was originally intended to be kept in a rectangular container, first doubled over forming two 4to. leaves, and then folded twice forming an oblong of about 13 x 4.5 cm. The title as given above would then appear uppermost.
