- 158 folios, numbered as pages 1-317; 12mo. 14.5 × 10 cm. Calf binding, rebacked. The volume has the appearance of having been much used. Many of the folios are worn, and some have been neatly patched.

The greater part of the text is in the same handwriting, but pages 272-317 are by another scribe whose script is larger and less crabbed. Rubrics are used for capital letters and marginalia. The handwriting indicates late fifteenth or early sixteenth century. The manuscript may be approximately dated as circ. 1500.
