Manuscript 35 contains a commentary on Isaiah by Jerome (348 - 420). The manuscript was written in Ter Doest Abbey and dates back to 1484. It was copied by Antonius de Deckere (c. 1484-). The manuscript contains some illumination: red and blue embellished initials at the beginning of each book, two ornamental initials and two miniatures. On Folio 1v a miniature depicts Jerome as a cardinal with a lion at his feet. He is handing the manuscript over to Eustochium, daughter of Saint Paula, who is dressed like a Cistercian nun. The manuscript is dedicated to Eustochium. Folio 2r contains another miniature, an illustration of Isiah 6 verse 6 and 7. The border decoration features acanthus leaves with fruits and a kneeling abbot with staff and a coat of arms. This represents Henricus Keddekin, abbot of Ter Doest Abbey (d. 1492). At the bottom right corner of the page a kneeling Cistercian monk is depicted. The manuscript is bound in a seventeenth-century binding of the 'Campmans' type. [Summary by Sarah Vanroye]

Folio 155v: '... anno mcccclxxxiiij quam fecit scribere dominus Henricus abbas xxvij de Thosan per manum fratris Anthonij de Deckere monachi eiusdem monasterij'. Op f. 2r wordt abt Keddekin afgebeeld met zijn wapenschild, een tweede figuur stelt vermoedelijk De Deckere voor
